Job Description
Elgin Energy is seeking a Level 3 IT Support Engineer to support and enhance the company’s IT environment across multiple international locations.
This role combines hands‑on technical support with responsibility for core infrastructure, security operations, and IT service delivery. You will be a member of the IT & Data Team and report to the IT System Administrator. You will act as a senior escalation point, contribute to major IT projects, and help shape a secure, modern, cloud‑first technology environment.
The ideal candidate has strong experience across Microsoft 365, Azure (Entra ID), device management, networking, and cybersecurity, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive technical improvements. This role is suited to someone with 4–6 years’ experience who wants to deepen their skills across Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, security, device management, and IT process improvement.
