Job Description

What you will do:

Maintaining accounts payable/accounts receivable, processing all supplier/sales related invoices and payments/receipts
Conduct weekly bank reconciliations, accurately posting and allocating payments and intercompany charges
Take ownership of creditors, reconciliations, and swiftly resolve any invoice queries
Assist in the preparation of monthly accounts
Assist with audit requests from both the finance team and external auditors
Assist with payroll reconciliations
Assist with process improvements

Your profile

What you will need:

5+ years’ experience in accounts preparation/bookkeeping essential
A degree or certification in Accounting or a related field is preferred (Part-Qualified)
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word & Outlook
Works well as part of a team
Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers
