Job Description
The Role:
Elgin Energy is accepting applications for our Graduate Programme 
The successful graduate would be expected to start in September 2025. 
   
Our Operations Graduate Programme provides an intensive 18-month learning journey with the Operations Team. The programme aims to give you experience across all areas of Operations, preparing you for the role of Operations Manager.
 
Day to Day Activities: 
  • Co-ordination of projected cash flows for the full development pipeline which inputs to board reporting  
  • Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget with centralised quality control and risk management.  
  • Preparation of reports, presentations and memorandums for regular management reviews and investment committee meetings 
  • Recording and updating all project schedules of approvals and instructions to ensure information is up to date for management of cash flow 
  • Management of project management tool to ensure all project managers keep their project information up to date 
  • Completing a review of projects’ status on a regular basis to ensure it is accurate for management and board reporting
  • Co-ordination of interactions of all business functions including development, ECM, EAM, ETOS as well as all support functions 
  • Co-ordination of company-wide document management through centralised control of policies, procedures and both internal and external documentation

Your profile
What we need from you:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred  
  • Analytical, project management and strong organisational skills
